All children require a ticket to the venue and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Wheelchair users are able to go anywhere in the Bowl GA Area, but please note; some areas are quite steep and can become congested. Accessible seating is available to purchase in the VIP Front of Stage Area. Disability Car Parking is also available next to the Gables on Brooklands Drive. To book accessible seating or car parking, please contact ticketnp@npdc.govt.nz or (06)759 0021 prior to 5pm Monday 13th January 2025.
Customers who purchased in the first 48 hours of on sale can collect their Timeless Fedora hat at the venue on event day. The person who purchased the tickets will need to show ID to collect all Fedora hats for their group. If the person who purchased the tickets will not be on site, then the person collecting the hats must present a copy of the order confirmation and the purchasers photo ID. All hats for a single order must be collected by one person at the same time.
